30 days to return and refund
We accept and guarantee refunds within 30 days of receipt for eligible products.
2.1 Refund and return cases
For defective products
- Defective or damaged items
- Items different from description or customization
- Incorrect or mismatched sizes
- Lost or missing items
- Other mistakes caused by us
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs), depending on your preference.
For customer remorse
After placing an order, please double-check the order confirmation sent to your email. If anything needs to change, contact us immediately as described in Changing or cancellation above.
If after receiving your order you change your mind or are not satisfied for any reason, you may still contact us. We will assist with returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis to help ensure your satisfaction.
2.2 Refund eligibility
- Time to accept request: 30 days from receipt of your order.
- Condition of products: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or otherwise in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
2.3 Refund and return procedure

- Provide photos — send detailed photos of the received items and the package exterior, including the shipping label, to request a refund or replacement.
- Review & resolution — after we receive your request with the necessary details, we will review it, contact you, and process the refund or replacement accordingly.
2.4 Return process
Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process. Please note:
- We accept returns from the United States.
- You can return products in store or by mail.
- Return label: For defective products — we provide a downloadable/printable label. For customer remorse — return shipping is your responsibility.
- Allowed condition: New (unworn, unwashed, unused, original packaging).
- Restocking fee: No.
- Return shipping cost: No cost for defective products.
2.5 Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its status. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may need an additional 3–5 business days to process the refund. If you have not received the refund within 7 business days after we confirm it, please contact us by email.
